Communication via Blog

I am glad that this will be one of my last post! but i will miss it! The truth is, there are times where i am so lazy that i don't even comb my hair before leaving my house. So writing in this blog required a lot of time investment, but i did not regret it. I always dreaded the next post and always procrastinate till the last minute of the due date to post, but it really helped me to communicate with the rest of the class. I loved how each post was connected to an activity or something we learned in class. Hearing what the other students have to say and reading their feedback helped me understand what points the lecture wanted us to learn. For example for the decision making activity, we were clueless when were all trying to make a decision. but reading the feedback of everyone, i get an insight of what everyone else was thinking. Oh...I was not alone or I was not the only one that didnt participate. Or Oh....thats the point she was trying to prove. We learn that their are certain roles that people choose to assume in a certain environment. and making the whole class do the activity based on our grades created the right tension that would exist in a real life situation. Therefore, overall the blogs were enjoyable, useful and definitely a great way to learn and communicate to the 50 other students in the classroom.

  1. I agree to what you think. Every blog that others wrote provide an interesting feed back. It's very convenient that if we want to know what our groupmates think after the activities, we can just click on their blogs and view what they think of it and we actually learned something from it.

  2. I agree that the blog was a great idea and that each blog was connected to an activity we did in class. It's true that the blog is time consuming, and a lot of times I procrastinated till the last minute. I learned a lot too.
